My main duties

My general interests overarch the comprehensive area of project management – from project and programme management to portfolio management, from the individual to PM Excellence and project-management-oriented companies. I have acquired this expertise in my long years of experience in leadership roles in line organisations and projects (soft skills) as well as in agile, hybrid and classic project management environments (hard skills). I am convinced that everyone owns their personal DNA structure, which might be translated into emotional and social competencies, behaviour and context competencies and change-welcoming (agile) competencies in project contexts. Moreover, I am convinced of each project having its own character and DNA. The better a person’s and a project’s DNA overlap, the greater are the chances for success.

My private interests

My wife and I enjoy spending our free time with our three children – sometimes we devote more time to our grandchildren. I also love listening to music and going to concerts. As compensation for busy working hours, I often spend time going hiking, skiing, cycling, or reading.
