In change and innovation processes, regardless of the specific field, I always find the right language to speak with the people I am working with. Whether I am working on an individual level, in a group or on an organisational level, my unusual approaches allow me to always break the routine and move issues forward, even in difficult environments.

• Many years of experience as an internal consultant for organisational consulting, training and coaching with a focus on project management
• Over 10 years of experience in personal development as a trainer, coach, organisational consultant
• 20 years of experience as a manager of various major international large-scale projects
• Coaching of executives and project managers, coaching during change processes, coaching for young executives, coaching for the development of specific competences and problem solving
• Implementation of project management in various companies, support of various change processes, agile project management and new organisational forms of "dynamic organisation" such as holacracy, design thinking, effectuation, self-organisation
• Leadership programmes, leadership development, intercultural awareness and personality development

My private interests

I enjoy hiking and sailing in the summer and cross-country skiing in the winter. I practice yoga all year round. I love cooking for my friends.
