I am particularly interested in all tasks in the field of project and process management. My organisational and social skills help me to quickly inspire all those involved to work constructively together and to use their strengths for the common goal. With success: I have always been able to conclude my mandates with the best results and the greatest satisfaction.

• Doctor of Technical Sciences (Technical Physics), Vienna University of Technology
• Master of Business Administration (Finance & Strategic Marketing), California State University East Bay and IMADEC University Vienna
• Certified Senior Project Manager (IPMA^® Level B)

• Management of several ERP projects (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Management of several merger projects
• Implementation of an electronic health record (ELGA)
• Establishment of a centre for traumatised children in a warring country
• Head of the project management team at a consulting company for several years
• Interim management of the data agile release train at an insurance company
• Carrying out maturity assessments in project management, as well as developing and implementing project management standards
• Assignment as crisis manager, as well as coach and sparring partner in project and programme management
• Optimisation of business processes
• Implementation of project management trainings incl. IPMA^® Level A/B/C/D certification preparation

My private interests

I am a passionate marathon runner, wine lover and enjoy exploring foreign cultures.
