My main duties

I value the combination of the experience I gain as a project manager in my own projects, which benefits me as a trainer, and the challenges of the participants in my courses, who help me to improve my own projects. Due to my background in IT, I work as a requirements, test and change manager, with models from "waterfall" to "scrum". A special highlight for me is the coaching of project managers.
