Process Management as a Strategy Tool

This training is only available as in-house training.

In this training you will learn how to utilise process management in implementing your organisation’s strategy. It will also teach you the basic process of introducing process management into an organisation. Afterwards, you will be able to work with optimisation approaches and tools, you will be able to control and evaluate processes and you will be able to build a process-oriented organisation – and do all of this on the strategic level.

What you will learn

  • Establishing a process-oriented organisation
  • Using business processes for the operational implementation of vision / mission / strategy
  • Using the balanced scorecard
  • Closing strategic gaps between process maps and operational processes
  • Introducing process management in a goal-oriented way
  • Using process optimisation to achieve goals
  • Assessing processes and a process organisation
  • Using audits, maturity level analysis and assessments for processes or the process organisation (for example ISO/IEC 15504 ‘SPICE’, eden maturity level analysis)
  • How to continually improve your process organisation and process management


2 days (16 hours)
