Leadership in Agile Teams

This training is only available as in-house training.

The biggest challenges for self-organised project teams are to motivate all team members, and align them with the same goals – and all of this without hierarchical authority. In this training you will learn how to tap into the power of collegial leadership and cooperation, and how to confidently master difficult situations.

What you will learn

  • Prerequisites to and limits of collegial leadership
  • Leading and motivating self-organised teams
  • Identifying team dynamics and fostering team development
  • Facilitating meetings with the “time-boxing” technique
  • Acting and speaking with confidence, and convincingly
  • Dealing with difficult team members
  • Constructively dealing with resistance and conflict: consciously escalating and de-escalating issues
  • Encouraging responsibility and increasing productivity in the team

Duration

2 days (16 hours)
This equates to:

14 PDUs (professional development units for the re-certification according to PMI®)
16 QHs   (qualifying hours for the re-certification according to IPMA®)
