Creative thinking with focus on customers and users has become a key success factor for companies. Nowadays, projects are often about real, disruptive innovation. Project management is quite helpful, but it needs more to enable "breakthrough thinking". In this training you will explore and solve questions regarding innovation, conception and development in your projects in a way designers would do.
The biggest challenges for self-organised project teams are to motivate all team members, and align them with the same goals – and all of this without hierarchical authority. In this training you will learn how to tap into the power of collegial leadership and cooperation, and how to confidently master difficult situations.
Scrum is an agile approach and has its origins in software development. Nowadays, this approach becomes increasingly popular in other fields as well. Flexibility, dynamism and daily stand-up meetings are just a few of the typical characteristics. In this training you will learn about the agile approach of Scrum according to Scrum.org and how to integrate the agile approach into classic project management.
