After having attained your project management qualification, this training prepares you in an effective way for project management certification as a Project Manager Professional (PMP)^® according to the standards of the Project Management Institute (PMI). The training content is based on the current edition of “A Guide of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK^® Guide) - 7th Edition.
After completing the training, you will have the required 35 contact hours for taking the PMP^® exam.

In this training you will get to know and understand the project management methodology of PRINCE2^® , and you will be prepared for the exam in an efficient way. During the exam you will be required to show that you have grasped the principles and terminology of this approach. The exam is taken at the end of the third day.

This training gives you a detailed overview of PRINCE2^® processes, components and techniques, and how they work together. For the practitioner level exam, candidates need to demonstrate their ability to plan and execute a project with a low degree of complexity using the PRINCE2^® methodology in a PRINCE2^® environment.

To retain your status of PRINCE2^® Practitioner you will need to re-certify after 5 years. The re-certification process is different from the initial certification process, and in this training you will learn how to apply PRINCE2^® approaches and tools within different scenarios. You will also work through a mock re-certification exam paper.
