Initiating and Planning Change

This training is only available as inhouse training.

Being able to initiate, manage and bring organisational change to a successful close has become a basic skill for leaders at every level of the organisation. In this training you will be introduced to tried and tested approaches and tools for managing change, and you will be enabled to immediately apply them in your own change processes.

  • Understanding change management as a process and as a management approach
  • Structuring, initiating and planning a change process
  • Assessing the urgency, scope and readiness for change
  • Formulating key change messages
  • Setting up an appropriate change organisation
  • Clarifying roles and tasks for the change organisation
  • Ensuring broad support for the change initiative
  • Tips and tricks for everyday change management

Duration

2 days (16 hours)
This equates to:

14 PDUs (professional development units for the re-certification according to PMI®)
16 QHs   (qualifying hours for the re-certification according to IPMA®)
