Managing Project-Like Tasks

This training is only available as inhouse training.

Some tasks are bigger than normal day-to-day activities, but are still too small to be seen as project. In this training you will learn how to use simplified project management tools to structure such tasks, manage them on a small budget and support them with the right communication tools.

What you will learn

  • Defining a project-like task and setting up a clear task assignment
  • Analysing the context of the task
  • Planning the scope and the time line
  • Developing a resource and a cost plan
  • Measuring progress and identify deviations from the plan
  • Taking measures to get back on track
  • Professionally closing down project-like tasks


2 days (16 hours)

14 PDUs (professional development units for the re-certification according to PMI®)
16 QHs   (qualifying hours for the re-certification according to IPMA®)
