General terms and conditions

Registration

Please register online via our online shop, by e-mail or fax. The confirmation of your registration will be e-mailed to you immediately. Furthermore, you will receive an invitation by e-mail 2 weeks prior to the event that acts as a reminder.

Participation fees

The registration fee includes the cost of the event, course materials, refreshments and lunch. Accommodation and parking charges are not included in the fee. All registration fees are exclusive of value-added tax (VAT).

Venue

Our events are held in prestigious conference hotels. On request, we are happy to arrange accommodation for you. We kindly ask you to directly deal with the hotel concerning billing or in the event of cancellation. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.

Times

Our events take place from 9am to 5pm (equivalent to eight teaching units). Differing start and end times will be announced separately in the invitation e-mail.

Confirmation of participation

Each participant receives a certificate for his/her participation provided that at least 75% of the event have been attended.

Changes

Our events may be changed or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. change of location, trainers). We ask for your understanding and will notify you in an appropriate manner as soon as possible.

Attendance

The number of participants is limited due to didactic reasons. Applications will be considered on a first-come, first-serve basis. If the training is cancelled due to low registration, we will inform you about the cancellation in due time.

Terms of Cancellation

Cancellations by customers received up to 28 days prior to the event in writing are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations received between 27 and 15 days prior to the event are entitled to a 50% refund. However, if you cancel less than 14 days prior to the start of the event you will not be eligible for any refund. If you are unable to attend the event, and do not notify us in advance, you will be charged the registration fee in full. The cancellation fee might be waived if you send a substitute from your organisation to attend in your place or if you submit a medical certificate in the case of unexpected illness.

Terms of Payment

Invoicing happens prior to the start of the event. Participation fees are payable in full due net within 14 days of receipt of the invoice.

Ownership of materials

The course materials provided remain the intellectual property of next level academy GmbH and its authors. Any reproduction or other - even in-house - dissemination and use of the materials without our prior written consent is prohibited.

Photo and video recordings

During our seminars, photos of participants may be taken for the photo protocol. At some events, participants may be photographed or recorded on video. Please note that these images and recordings may be used for advertising purposes by the next level group on our website and social media plattforms.
Please inform your trainer if you do not agree to recordings being published.
