Executive MBA

Welcome to the master class: In this international course – offered in German or English – you will be taught the scientific fundamentals of project and process management. You will also acquire practical skills, and study general management and leadership as well as specialised aspects of project and process management. The contents of strategic project management, agile project management and lean management, among others, are offered here. Cooperation partners for study abroad include six internationally renowned universities in Europe, North America, Asia and Africa.

 

 

This training course will be conducted in cooperation with the University of Salzburg Business School (SMBS).
