My main duties

In addition to my experience in classic process and project management, especially in the construction industry, I focuse on agile and method-driven project management and have been able to add new work methods and change management. My further interest is dedicated to people and team dynamics, which is a further educational challenge with every coaching. Helping people and the team to help themselves promotes the resources of each individual and provides large learning curves for all involved.

My private interests

In my spare time I like to be in nature and discovere water sports for myself. When I'm not on the road with my motorbike or spending time with my friends, I can be found either in the Munich techno scene or in the sauna.
