I have over 18 years of international experience in initiating and delivering all facets of transformational change, people, processes, technology, PMO, program, project & change management. I build project and change capability in organisations by working with Executive Management and their leadership teams to implement innovative strategy agendas. I am a dynamic leader with a unique ability to tailor my approach to meet the challenges of the environment and I bring order to complexity and care deeply about people and results.

• Strategic advisor in the design and implementation of P3, Agile and Governance Frameworks.
• Business model design, organisational restructure, change management and cultural shift.

My private interests

I spend most of my time with family and friends; I like travelling, food and sports.
