My main duties

As consultant, couch and trainer I support the establishment of project-oriented companies and processes. The implementation of professional project management, the development of project teams and the implementation of project management trainings are among my core tasks.

• Project Management Professional (PMP)^®
• PRINCE2^®-Practitioner
• Authorized PRINCE2^® Trainer
• Board Member of PMI Slovakia

• Improvement and optimization of production and management processes
• Development and introduction of new products
• Development of project management offices in various companies (telecommunications, finance, IT, energy and production)
• Implementation of tools and methods for project management and project portfolio management
• Implementation of process management, process analysis and suggestions for improvement
• Development, training and coaching of project managers in international surroundings

My private interests

I love to travel and spend a lot of time with my family. In winter I enjoy skiing in the mountains. I am passionate about visiting operas.
