My main duties

Through years of experience in organisational development with global companies, I bring a very broad but also deep knowledge in the areas of agile, lean and change management, team coaching and leadership development. Two things are always in the foreground for me: putting the human being in the system at the centre and co-creation in the transformation process. Only in this way is it possible to gain the acceptance and commitment of the employees and thus bring about a sustainable and successful change in the interest of all.

My experience

• Change, Lean & Leadership: Global implementation of a new leadership culture with simultaneous focus on increasing productivity in indirect areas such as sales, HR, controlling, logistics, development, quality management, project management, product marketing in 5 different countries
• Change & Agility: Training, team and leadership coaching as well as mentoring in agility to build agile teams in the retail sector in the course of international transformation projects towards agile organisational structures and leadership culture
• Change & Post Merger Integration: Bringing together two divisions in a global merger in the sales sphere through a variety of tools to successfully implement a common mindset in line with the realisation of synergies
• Process management: Implementation of process management in a business division of an energy group for the sustainable and continuous improvement of internal processes

My private interests

I like to do all kinds of sports and always like to try out new things. Especially ball and water sports are at the top of my list. When I'm not doing sports, I like to spend time with my loved ones, and it almost doesn't matter what we do together ... maybe it should be less eating out in the future ;)
