Accessibility

We appreciate your interest in the website of next level holding GmbH, located at Floridsdorfer Hauptstrasse 1, 1210 Vienna, Austria, registered with the Commercial Court of Vienna under FN 221959k (“next level holding GmbH”), and thank you for visiting our site and exploring our services.

next level consulting is committed to making its digital offerings accessible in accordance with the Austrian Federal Act on Barrier-Free Access to Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Sector Bodies (Web-Zugänglichkeits-Gesetz – WZG), BGBl. I No. 59/2019 as amended.

This accessibility statement applies to the following website: next level consulting

Compliance Status

Our website is currently partially compliant with the requirements of WCAG 2.1 Level AA and the European Standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03).

We are actively working to identify and remove existing barriers to ensure equal access to our digital services for all users.

Non-Accessible Content

The following content is currently not fully accessible:

  • Zoom display on mobile devices: Certain elements such as navigation menus and form fields are not optimally readable at 200% zoom.
  • Form fields: Not all fields include clear labels or placeholder texts.
  • Downloadable documents: Some PDF and Word documents are not yet fully accessible. We are in the process of revising these documents and providing accessible alternatives.
  • Images without alt text: Not all images on the website include alternative text descriptions. We are working to add meaningful alt text to all relevant images to improve accessibility.
  • Videos without audio transcripts: Our own video content currently lacks transcripts or text-based alternatives. We plan to provide transcripts in the future.
  • Color contrast: Some visual and text elements do not meet the required contrast ratio against the background. A redesign of the color scheme is planned.
  • Gesture controls: Certain interactive elements (e.g., sliders) are currently only operable via swipe gestures and not via simple tap actions, which limits accessibility for users with motor impairments.

Disproportionate Burden

Some of our videos are hosted on external platforms such as YouTube. For certain content, it is currently not feasible to provide audio descriptions. We consider this a disproportionate burden under accessibility regulations. We strive to offer text-based alternatives wherever possible.

Statement Preparation

This statement was prepared on October 30, 2025, based on an internal assessment according to WCAG 2.1. An external audit is planned. Content is reviewed and updated regularly.
