AI in Project Management – Effective Integration
Duartion: 1-2 days
Target group: Project managers, PMO, decision-makers, project teams

Prior knowledge: Basic understanding of project management. Knowledge of AI is advantageous but not required.

In this in-depth, practical module, you will learn:
• Which phases of project management can be supported by AI?
• How to effectively use AI systems for project management methods and processes
• How to use AI as an assistance system for quality assurance and decision-making
• How to develop and customize project-related prompt templates
• What limitations, risks and good practices need to be considered in the project environment
