I accompany executives, teams, and organizations into the future of work—where humans and machines lead together. My approach: Human-Centered AI Leadership—the combination of leadership, AI, and change, supported by attitude, empathy, and clarity.
I am convinced that AI is not a substitute for leadership, but rather its mirror. It forces us to think more precisely, act more consciously, and make more humane decisions. My job is to shape this space between technology, culture, and humanity – so that leadership does not lose out in times of change, but grows.
After more than ten years of experience in leadership development, coaching, and change management, I know that transformation succeeds when people can lead themselves. Or, to quote Bruce Lee: “Be water, my friend.” Leadership today must flow – adaptive, reflective, human.

Private
For me, growth is closely linked to change and collaboration. As President of Wirtschaftsjunioren Augsburg and an active member of Rotary International and Rotaract, I am passionate about leadership development and social projects. The Rotaract Kidscamp, where I support children in special life situations, is particularly important to me. I firmly believe that together we can make a difference and create real change.
