• Mentoring for a large project implementing workflow und image processing for a national Austrian savings bank
• Conceptualised and project managed a service orientated middleware platform for a large Austrian bank
• Program Management and coaching several projects delivering major enhancements and deployment of a global order routing system for Credit Suisse Group in New York, Zürich and Singapore
• Lead a global project to analyse the existing market data infrastructure with a view to consolidate and achieve a minimum of 20% Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) savings, for UBS, within the first year. This resulted in establishing and leading the global program deployment between New York, London, Zurich and Singapore
