PMI-PMP® or CAPM® Exam Preparation
After having attained your project management qualification, this training prepares you in an effective way for project management certification as a Project Manager Professional (PMP)® or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® according to the standards of the Project Management Institute (PMI). The training content is based on the current edition of “A Guide of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) - 7th Edition. After completing the training, you will have the required 35 contact hours for taking the PMP® exam.

Requirements for the CAPM® exam
Registration for the exam takes place online via the PMI website. We explain the registration process and the examination procedure in detail during the seminar. You can either take an online or center-based exam. The PMP® exam consists of 180 questions and lasts 230 minutes. The CAPM® exam consists of 150 questions and lasts 3 hours. The official exam language is English.
The exam fee is not included in the preparation course and is paid directly to PMI.

The certification preparation can be completed as face-to-face or live online seminar.The content and course materials are the same for both formats.

After having attained your project management qualification, this training prepares you in an effective way for project management certification as a Junior Project Manager (IPMA Level D).
In this training you will get to know and understand the project management methodology of PRINCE2® , and you will be prepared for the exam in an efficient way. During the exam you will be required to show that you have grasped the principles and terminology of this approach. The exam is taken at the end of the third day.
This training gives you a detailed overview of PRINCE2® processes, components and techniques, and how they work together. For the practitioner level exam, candidates need to demonstrate their ability to plan and execute a project with a low degree of complexity using the PRINCE2® methodology in a PRINCE2® environment.
To retain your status of PRINCE2® Practitioner you will need to re-certify after 5 years. The re-certification process is different from the initial certification process, and in this training you will learn how to apply PRINCE2® approaches and tools within different scenarios. You will also work through a mock re-certification exam paper.
After having attained your project management qualification, this training prepares you in an effective way for project management certification as a Senior Project Manager (IPMA Level B®) or Project Manager (IPMA Level C®).
